Spacefinder has developed a marketplace for commercial spaces, where advertising is based on concrete information about available space combinations and layouts rather than general property listings. In addition, Spacefinder serves as a channel for spaces that are unused and intended for sublease. By better utilizing the actual available capacity in the market, the need for new construction is reduced. This is crucial for cutting greenhouse gas emissions in the building and real estate sector, which, according to Byggalliansen, accounts for around 70 percent of emissions. Spacefinder thus contributes to a more sustainable and efficient use of existing commercial spaces.
